There’s the weighing, sifting and beating, the heavenly smell of eggs, butter and sugar cooking and finally the warm glow of contentment when the cakes sit on the wire racks waiting to be dressed...just asking to be eaten.
We use non-hydrogenated fats and free range eggs, sourced from a farm less than a mile from the bakery, to make our cakes. Our cakes are freshly made to order. Clams Handmade Cakes is a member of the guild of fine food retailers.
