I’ve always said that Monmouthshire is the culinary capital of Wales and that’s underlined by the broad spread of businesses that were among the winners. We all live within a short distance of each other – in fact we buy our bread from Wigmore’s and sell wine to The Hardwick!”

Sandy Greenslade, Lead Food Officer for adventa, Monmouthshire’s EU-funded rural development initiative said: “It’s fantastic to see Monmouthshire’s producers and hospitality providers getting the recognition they deserve.”
