White Castle Vineyard
Our aim is to produce Quality Welsh Wines
The 5 acre south facing vineyard is set in the beautiful rolling Monmouthshire countryside. We planted the vineyard in two phases, May 2009 & May 2010 with six varieties, with a total of 4500 vines. The varieties are Pinot Noir, Regent, Rondo, Seyval Blanc, Phoenix & Siegerrebe. The Vineyard is gently sloping down to a stream in a sheltered valley.
Our aim is to produce a variety of quality wines using first class viticulture practices.
The Vineyard will be opening to the public from May 2011 with the first wines for sale from May 2012.
