Usk Vale Farmers Direct are a co-operative made up of welsh family farmers.
The Farmers have joined together with one aim- to market direct to the consumer their quality product, traditionally reared on the family farms within the Vale of Usk.
Each member produces beef and/or lamb to the highest standards, whilst farming in an environmentally sensitive manner.
All our beef and lamb is home reared, traditionally with care, and we do provide full traceability. Our meats are matured and professionally butchered and packed to meet the customer’s needs. Selling our produce locally reduces food miles and gives producers the opportunity to talk directly with their customers and making sure that they get fresh, healthy, quality produce.
