The Monmouthshire Vegetarian Food Company is dedicated to the creation of delicious and innovative dishes.
I have always enjoyed making fresh, wholesome food. I have a background in catering and I have spent many years in the hospitality industry, during this time I realised that there was great demand for good quality vegetarian dishes, even from non vegetarians and the demand was not being met.
I decided to set up a company specialising in vegetarian dishes using fresh, local ingredients and the wonderful local produce available in Monmouthshire makes my job easy.
The Monmouthshire Vegetarian Food Co is dedicated to the creation of delicious and innovative dishes. We use high quality ingredients to create memorable and nutritious dishes. Initially we concentrated on supplying catering establishments and restaurants but are now keen to let everyone in Monmouthshire sample our delights!
