My passion for what I do is apparent in every chocolate I make for my customers who are part of my inspiration as well as friends.

I established The Cacao Tree in 2006 to cater for the ever increasing demand for high quality chocolate both in terms of ingredients and taste. Monmouth feels like home to me and I feel grateful that I live and work in such a beautiful place and I feel protected by the hills around me.

My aim is to provide the public with a rustic, unpretentious and almost primitive style of chocolate. I use high quality Belgian chocolate, natural essential oils for flavour as well as many Fairtrade and Organic products as possible.
